Consultation

A consultation is conducted in order to assess your medical history, your aesthetic goals and to examine whether these goals can be achieved through treatment.

Patient Education

All patients receive information on the areas they wish to be treated and an explanation of how procedures can meet their goals & why. This is a non-jargon explanation designed to educate you and a Q&A so you are fully informed as to whether a particular treatment is right for you.

Doctor & Patient

Our relationship is confidential. During your consultation we discuss your medical history, areas that you wish to address, procedural options & consent. For many patients anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle procedures are the start of a journey. It is important that we establish your goals, understand the treatments and document them so we can manage this journey together. My aim is to deliver realistic and achievable results with patient safety playing the most important role.

I was a sufferer of hay fever for many years and nothing ever worked so I was completely skeptical of the treatment. However when I received the treatment I can honestly say I am a new person, I no longer have to carry pocket tissues everywhere I go or have to purchase antihistamines on a weekly basis. I can now go about my daily life as if I never had hay fever in the first place. I can’t thank Michelle enough for implementing the treatment and I will continue to receive treatment every season / yearly to eradicate any potential return of hay fever symptoms! Nikki - Haytox (Hayfever Treatment)

It’s about 6 weeks now since I had the Haytox treatment and I have zero symptoms! I was taking 180mg of Telfast as well as nasal sprays and eye drops, going out with Vaseline on my eyes and nose 🙈 honestly about 6 hours after my first treatment I felt relief. 4 days after treatment I stopped my antihistamines and I haven’t reached for them since. I was out the other day walking my dog and there was a man on a ride-on lawnmower and it was so sunny I could see the particles of grass flying around the air. I got a sudden panicked feeling that this would ruin me for days but not even a sneeze!! My allergy is grass pollen so I can’t tell you how amazing that felt! I’ll be back every year before the season starts!
